Their customer service is horrible. They can send you a bunch of promotional emails and things you dont need. When it comes to communicating about delivery times and dates they are useless. Cant pick your day or time frame. They do it when it’s convenient for them then change the days whenever they have a day off. Poor service. Example my original day was Monday, they had a holiday and it changed to Tuesday then another holiday and change to Thursday. When we have another holiday it will change again. Impossible to put your bottles out or plan to have enough water. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Go with a good company with reliable deliveries and ability to give actual customer service

I have been with Tahoe Springs for just over a year. Before I was with them, I had My Water and Silver Springs. In other states, I had Culligan, Rayne, and Harris. If you're considering My Water--don't. The others, more or less, were on par with each other. Until I came across Tahoe Springs, I was convinced that it was impossible to have bottled water service ordered and delivered correctly, consistently. Not once in over a year has my delivery been missed or wrong 🤯 ... it's always the same driver--Nick--always around the same timeframe, and it's never complicated. Some of my favorite things about Tahoe Springs: 1. The company sends a reminder text about delivery the night before with your balance due. 2. You CAN pay as you go. 3. No delivery fees, only one "service" fee per month (most charge fees every delivery). 4. Competitive pricing. What I don't care for: not being notified about price increases. The company may have sent me an email, but that doesn't mean I received it. I receive marketing to have my neighbors sign up for Tahoe Springs with my deliveries without asking, so why not inform your customers about changes in pricing with their deliveries as well? Another thing I struggle with is the cooler rental. They only offer one type, a top loader. I had to switch to 3-gallon bottles... I tend to run out of water, so I order more water to compensate for the 5-gal difference than I can return in used bottle deposits. First world problem, but it also seems unnecessarily complicated. Also, the coolers are all refurbished and not new. Why they are very economical to rent monthly, you definitely get what you pay for in the equipment department with Tahoe Springs. Overall, I'm pleased with them. They have a wide product range and are more affordable and reliable than anyone else I have personally had experience with.

Ive been with them for a while now and have had nothing but good interactions. When Ive asked for help with things they are quick to respond and work with me. In reading a couple of the negative reviews I have to say these people seem to be fairly clueless as to how a service like this works. Its not a pizza delivery, they arent sitting there waiting to HAVE to hand you hot food. Its a water delivery where they drop the water off, pick up bottles, leave the bill under the bottles, etc. There is no need for customer interaction 99% of the time. I don't actually even understand why these people are expecting someone to knock and wait for them. Leave your empty bottles on the doorstep. It's actually very simple.

I’ve been a customer of Tahoe Spring Water for about 2 years now, Tony is amazing, everyone in this company are professional. The water was clear and great tasting, deliveries on time and I loved how they made sure we got out water even when we forgot to leave it at the door. Thank you for your services!

I have been a customer since 2019, and I am very satisfied with their services. The water actually tastes amazing, all my guests comment on how fresh the water tastes, and it's always at the correct temperature. The best part is not having to haul heavy bottles myself, the delivery man does all the heavy lifting, and I appreciate all that he does for my family. If you live in Las Vegas, please consider Tahoe Springs for your water delivery, you will not be disappointed.

We have had this company for over a year at 2 addresses. The first 2 delivery gentlemen were pretty good. Though the service itself is pretty pricey. They do not really have a good notification when they are at the door. Often leave without delivery to make additional money on your fees. They only ever knock once like a ups man. The newest "manager" of the east area routes has just knocked on the door 1 time and immediately started writing and printing out the receipt of balance due, put it under the matt, and took of. Seriously under 60 seconds I have it on ring. By the time I made it to the door, there was not sign of him but a bill. They usually deliver much earlier. But have done it later and never give you an estimated time or anything so completely inconsiderate to any schedule you may have be it work, school, meal times. I mean good greef I had not enough time to put down what I was doing (wash my hands while touching meat cooking.) And come to the door. To make matters worse. I called customer service and was explained to, by two different employees, why it was acceptable for kevin to do this. I dont care what excuse you have, when you are delivery its reasonable to knock honestly maybe more than 1 time and wait around for a sec for someone to get the door. I have done pizza delivery how often would I be bringing orders back if I knocked 1 time and walked off within 45 seconds. I bet a lot. And the lack of responsibility and excuses provided by the staff is pitiful and immoral. Greedy and not good customer service at all. STAY AWAY we just cancelled. No more.

I was with this company a total of 3 months, and outside of the 1st delivery it was a nightmare! To condense the story you get a text the day before, and I would always respond please don't forget PET. As a former Executive for another LV Water Company I know how it should be done. Each time my driver would forget. One timer gave me a comp case, and then charged me for it. I do believe in coaching opportunities so I remained hopeful. I even leave snacks for my drivers so I'm completely clueless how things ended so terribly. After speaking to a Manager she said it will be done correctly the next time I jokingly said I sure hope so it didn't happen. Jose (my driver) didn't even make my regular delivery only the PET. Frustrated I called back, even the Manager said, "I don't know why your driver didn't deliver correctly. I will let his DM know" all hope is lost. I just ended my service with the message it doesn't seem as though he wants me as a customer please discontinue my service, and they did. The ladies in Customer Service were top notch, and the only reason for the 1 star!

Tahoe springs has treated me good. I was behind on payment and they worked with me on paying my bill and still gave me water. I did catch up with my bill thank you for still serving me with a past due balance and letting me build my credit as a customer. Their service has always been great. An I appreciate their services.
